During the initial visit, the patient will be interviewed, examined and evaluated by a Pain Management Specialist whose goal will be to locate the source of pain and establish a treatment plan. We work together with Nurse Case Managers and Insurance Adjusters to help the patient either return to work or to their normal daily activities as quickly as possible.
Depending on the source of pain, several types of treatments are available including:
- Joint Injections under Fluoroscopy
- Nerve Blocks & Cryo-analgesia
- Radio frequency lesioning
- Trans-cutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS)
- Steroid-Local Anesthetic Injections
- Spinal Cord Stimulators
- Intra-spinal Infusion Pumps
- Neurolytic Blocks
- Discography/IDET & Nucleoplasty
- Physical, Occupational, Vocational Training
